All orders are shipped directly from our store at:

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–6 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• During busy periods like holiday sales, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.
• A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please note, tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the carrier scans your package.

International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally! Simply select your country at checkout.

Please note:

• Customs clearance times vary by country, and delays may occur beyond our control.
• Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Expedited international shipping is not recommended, as customs processing can be unpredictable.

Local Pickup

We also offer free local pickup at our Glastonbury location. Select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll send you an email once your order is ready for collection.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@preciousbloom.com.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it. Contact us at info@preciousbloom.com so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when a receipt is provided.
• Returns without a receipt may be exchanged for store credit of equal value.
• Opened or used items cannot be refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your item was defective or we made an error, shipping costs for returns and replacements are on us.
